Pricing Structure

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit cards, Electronic funds transfer and cash. Our online payments are handled by square, and are processed though a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol to ensure the safety of your transaction and details..

What does it cost to clean my home?

We operate on a package rate with a flat cost basis, given the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms. Please note we do not offer an hourly rate service as this does not encourage our teams to operate at maximum efficiency for you. Utilising a package system means that you have a clear understanding of the items that will be cleaned regardless of the time taken.

Are you bonded and insured?

We are bonded and insured. Additionally, our employees are thoroughly vetted and background checked and undergo a national crime check. The security of your home and items are one of our absolute top priorities. We do not cut corners.

Can I make special requests?

Of course! If you’d like us to clean something a certain way, or focus on a specific part of the home, or anything else, just let us know in the advance. Please note that extra tasks may incur an extra charge depending on the time taken to complete them.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

You can do either over the phone, sms, email, or through our website.

Any cancellation fees?

Yes. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will incur an $50 fee. This fee goes to our cleaner and staff, as we would have had a job to fill that slot otherwise (we are always booked out).

Are you able to deliver NDIS services?

Yes, we are fully NDIS registered and able to assist you with a fully tailored NDIS service agreement to suit your needs.

 

The Day of Service

Tell us more about your Handover Cleanings?

Our handover cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It’s a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, fixtures, all baseboards, etc. This allows the new tenant to take possession with the minimum of fuss, as this is a deeper clean than normal it does take more time but is usually only performed once at the end of your stay. As prices differ depending on the number of rooms please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a quote.

Tell us more about your Bond Cleanings?

Our bond cleanings have been constructed in conjunction with numerous real estate property managers and make certain that ALL required elements are thoroughly cleaned to safeguard your bond. Bond cleans are a very extensive clean, covering all internal areas and fittings. We are so sure of the professionalism of our work that our bond cleans come with a one week real estate inspection guarantee. If any defects are raised by the real estate inspection within on week of us performing the clean we will return free of charge for a second visit. As prices differ depending on the number of rooms please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a quote.

Our open house / sale cleanings stage a home to show it at its best, we know from our vast experience which areas can help to sell your house, this is where the attention to detail is placed. Customised to each properties characteristics the open house / sale clean will prepare your house to wow its prospective new owners. As prices differ depending on the number of rooms please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a quote.

How long will my cleaning take?

We usually do not specify a length of cleaning. We cover all of the items built into the package that you have chosen and clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason. For special cases like hoarders, or extremely large homes, we may adjust the estimate and price for fairness. If you have a limited window of time that the property is available for cleaning please be assured that we can arrange teams with different numbers of members so that even the biggest of tasks may be completed in a short time if sufficient notice is given.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No, just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox, at the front-desk…wherever is most convenient for you. All of our staff hold a current clean police check and we are fully insured allowing you to have peace of mind that you are in safe hands.

How many crew members do you send?

We send a crew to every cleaning. We usually send teams of two or three depending on the size of the job or condition of the property. If you have a limited window of time that the property is available for cleaning please be assured that we can arrange teams with different numbers of members so that even the biggest of tasks may be completed in a short time if sufficient notice is given.

What’s your days and times of operation?

We work Monday through Saturday, and start our first job at 8:00 am and finish the last job at 5:00 pm for domestic cleans. For commercial cleans we understand that it will be necessary to clean outside of operating office hours and will be more than happy to negotiate the optimum times for you on an individual basis.

Are pets a problem?

We love pets. Our cleaners work around them all the time and we never have any issues. The loud noise of the vacuum does occasionally cause a scare and in cases like that we’re always happy to accommodate special arrangements.

 

Recurring Service

Do I have to contact us you each time?

After you set up recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose. We will send a reminder email or text, whichever you prefer, the day before so you will be expecting us.

How do I sign up for recurring services?

Simply let us know, either during your current clean, or via, phone, sms, email or via the contact us section on our website.

 

Cleaning Supplies

Do you do Green Cleaning?

We have the option to utilise 100% green cleaning products. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning product range to your clean at no additional charge.

Who provides the Supplies?

We bring all our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors for example) feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us (WHS protocols apply).
